resources and capabilities. Generally, issues
are located before they become problems.
PCCG remotely monitors and logs servers
without the need for special agents. Key
data such as memory or disk load. When any
of the selected components or thresholds
triggers an alarm we are immediately informed
24/7.
Upon receiving a warning status, the client
is immediately notified of the situation
either via, fax, e-mail or phone. The type
of contact is defined via the agreement
and warning status.
